Collection: Genealogy Postcards

Discover a window into the daily lives of your Edwardian and Victorian ancestors. To protect and preserve our collection's historical integrity, we display high-quality images of the front artwork or photograph and the recipients name and address when possible.

Because historical handwriting can be tricky to decipher, we show the original image of the name and address to guarantee total accuracy. This helps you double-check the details yourself so you can buy with absolute confidence.

For family history researchers, we have fully transcribed all names, postal addresses, postmarks, and sender details into searchable text on each product page. We also provide a clear summary of what the message covers, allowing you to trace your family tree without needing to decipher old handwriting. When you buy, you receive the complete, original physical postcard containing the authentic handwriting and stamp.

"Search Tip: Try searching for a specific surname, street name, or town in our search bar to see if your ancestors sent or received mail over a century ago!"
