This historic colour view captures the impressive stone-built facade of the County Buildings and Memorial Chapel lining Glanhwfa Road in Llangefni. Several Edwardian pedestrians stroll along the wide roadway, which is flanked by low dry stone boundary walls and an ornate gas street lamp on the left. The scene provides a wonderful look at the prominent institutional architecture of Anglesey's historic county town during the early twentieth century.
