HMP Dartmoor, situated in the isolated village of Princetown, was originally constructed between 1806 and 1809 to house prisoners from the Napoleonic Wars and the War of 1812.


This is a partially used standard size postcard. Dated 1916. The publisher is Chapman & Son and the country of manufacture is the United Kingdom.
