This ornate Jugendstil era greeting card features the German parting phrase "Lebe Wohl!" rendered in an intricate floral script composed of tiny roses and forget-me-nots. The text is framed by delicate golden art nouveau scrollwork, embossed patterns, and borders of vibrant blue blossoms against a soft pastel background.

This is a standard size embossed postcard. The postcard was made in Germany. This postcard was posted in 1904 to Fräulein Rosine Grauf, in Waldbach, oa. Weinsberg.
