This historic real photograph view features Shore Road looking inland through the coastal village of Gronant. A few local residents walk along the wide tarmac lane, which is bordered by stone boundary walls, telegraph poles, and modest village bungalows and holiday cottages. The scenic background showcases rolling green fields and distant tree-lined hills, capturing the relaxed rural character of this North Wales community during the mid-twentieth century.
