This vibrant view captures the preserved West Country Class steam locomotive 34016 'Bodmin' arriving at Alresford Station with a train bound for Ropley. A large crowd of railway enthusiasts and families stand along the brick platform to witness the engine displaying a historic 'London Night Ferry Paris-Brussels' headboard. The scene offers a wonderful glimpse into the early heritage operations preserved along the famous Mid Hants 'Watercress Line'.
