Italy Postcard: Rome Boy With Thorn Spinario Capitoline Museum Statue XT4509

This historic subject postcard captures an elegant view of the famous Spinario bronze sculpture, also known as the Boy with Thorn, housed within the Capitoline Museum in Rome. The detailed photograph shows the Hellenistic statue depicting a young boy sitting on a rocky plinth while intently pulling a thorn from the sole of his left foot.
