This vibrant colour view showcases the striking architecture of the Kyoto International Conference Hall in Japan. Opened in 1966 and designed by architect Sachio Otani, the landmark venue features a unique Brutalist architectural style that blends modern concrete forms with traditional Japanese design elements. The photograph captures the impressive scale and geometric angles of the complex under a clear blue sky, presenting a wonderful piece of mid-century architectural history.

This is a continental size postcard which was published by Hyogensha Co. Ltd. Kyoto (Peacock Brand). The postcard was made in Japan. This is a partially used postcard.
