This historic colour view features a panoramic perspective over the historic slate-mining town of Blaenau Ffestiniog. Rows of traditional stone worker cottages and a prominent chapel building occupy the valley floor, set against a massive, steep mountain backdrop carved by industrial quarry workings. A winding track or incline is visible cutting up the hillside, capturing a fascinating look at the rugged topography and close-knit industrial communities of North Wales during the Edwardian era.

This is a standard size postcard which was published by Valentine's. This is an unused postcard.

This postcard has a slight curved crease on the mountain range.

Please also use the image magnifier to make your own assessment on the condition. Please ignore any lines caused by the scanner.

When possible all of our postcards will be posted to you inside a collectable plastic postcard sleeve and a board backed envelope which will be marked 'Please do not bend'.

Any watermark does not appear on the actual postcard'.
