Middlesex Postcard: Wembley Vale Farm Dairy Horse Cart Milkman 1970's XT5057

This historic monochrome view shows a reproduction of an early twentieth-century photograph depicting a milkman standing proudly beside his ornate Vale Farm Dairy cart at Wembley. The wooden wheeled delivery vehicle is laden with a traditional large metal milk churn alongside numerous smaller delivery cans hooks. The postcard provides a fascinating archival glimpse into the local agricultural and retail history of the Middlesex area before extensive urban development took place.
