Ocean Liner Postcard: P&O Iberia Tourist Smoking Room Ocean Liner 1950s XT5476

This historic real photographic view captures the stylish interior of the Tourist Class Smoking Room aboard the P&O ocean liner SS Iberia. The monochrome scene displays the mid-century modern aesthetic of the lounge space, detailing light timber wall panelling, geometric floor coverings, and clusters of contemporary dining tables and upholstered chairs. Operating on the UK to Australia passenger service routes, this card offers a fine archival glimpse into the shipboard amenities and maritime travel styling of the 1950s.
