Royal Navy Postcard: HMS Comet Destroyer H00 Second Flotilla 1930s XT5574

This dynamic inter-war photogravure captures the Royal Navy C-class destroyer HMS Comet (H00) slicing through open water at speed, flanked by sister vessels of the Second Flotilla. Commissioned in 1932 before her transfer to the Royal Canadian Navy in 1938, the warship later served as an Atlantic convoy escort during World War Two.

This is a standard size postcard which was published by Raphael Tuck & Sons (Our Navy Photogravure Series). The postcard was made in the United Kingdom. This is an unused postcard.
