This historic topographical postcard, published by W. & A. K. Johnston, Ltd. of Edinburgh and London, showcases the architectural grandeur of Gosford House in Aberlady, Scotland. The front of the card features a fine black and white photograph of the neoclassical country house, famously known as the seat of the Earl of Wemyss. The image captures the impressive scale of the building with its prominent central dome and sprawling wings, set against a vast, open landscape.


This is an unused standard sized postcard. The postcard has a slight crease to the top right hand corner.
