This fascinating historical portrait depicts a gentleman identified as John Tyler Jamieson dressed in early, formal Boy Scout leader attire. Posing in a photography studio in front of a patterned backdrop, he wears a classic wide-brimmed campaign scouting hat, high-collar tunic, and breeches while holding a wooden walking cane.

This is a standard size signed postcard which was published by a British portrait studio (Publisher series unknown). The postcard was made in England. This is an unused postcard.

This postcard has a couple of surface creases.
