This charming Edwardian-era illustration depicts two twin babies fast asleep side by side in a woven wicker basket. Titled "Sleeping Beauties" at the top, the scene captures the infants swaddled in elaborate white lace-trimmed gowns and matching caps against plush fabric linings. The image provides a delightful example of early 20th-century sentimental family portrait art and popular novelty greeting designs of the period.
