This educational scientific illustration presents distinct geological specimens of the topaz mineral group. The natural-size drawings by F. R. Mold display a parti-coloured crystal from Brazil, a cut stone, a crystal in pegmatite from the Urals, and a crystal from Brazil. The card offers an authentic look at historical museum catalog prints and academic mineralogy collections from the renowned British institution.

This is a standard size postcard which was published by Jarvis, Porter Ltd., Leeds (Series D 21). The postcard was made in United Kingdom. This is an unused postcard.

This postcard has a slight crease to the top left hand corner tip, and left hand edge.
