The Tyn-y-Groes Hotel is a historic 16th-century coaching inn situated in the scenic village of Ganllwyd within the Snowdonia National Park. This peaceful riverside location has long been a popular destination for anglers who visit the fast-running waters of the River Mawddach to catch salmon and trout. The hotel was significantly developed in the 19th century to accommodate professionals visiting the local gold and copper mines in the Coed y Brenin forest area.
